Inflection Point Learning

• Lead engaging training sessions that build teacher confidence • Follow up with 1-on-1 coaching to help teachers troubleshoot lessons and reach their own classroom goals • Identify where teachers are struggling and create supplemental guides, tools, and classroom resources needed to fill those gaps • Act as the 'voice of the teacher' in internal meetings, providing clear, honest feedback to product teams • Collaborate within Professional Learning team and other internal teams

• drive product development for our teacher-facing experience, from onboarding and training to their daily planning and teaching • lead your cross-functional team through a fast-paced iterative loop of discovery, definition, & delivery, collaborating closely with your teammates in Engineering, Design, Curriculum, and Professional Learning • continually develop our team’s industry expertise, ensuring we’re tapped into the latest developments in the rapidly evolving education & edtech landscape
