Product Engineering Lead
Pear VC
• Designing and building intuitive workflows for reviewing complex financial data and AI agent output • Designing and translating Figma designs into polished, production-ready applications • Building a new platform from the ground up, and designing end-to-end features that span frontend, backend, and infrastructure • Working directly with auditors (in house and customers) to understand their workflows and pain points • Improving reliability, performance, and observability across the product • Collaborating closely with AI and systems engineers to integrate agent capabilities into the UI • Building the product team from the ground up
