• Deliver high-quality, production-ready code across the .NET stack • Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise SaaS solutions • Take ownership of complex features or components from design through to delivery • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Technical Leads (UK-based) to align technical delivery with product goals • Participate in architectural discussions and provide input into key technical decisions • Write clean, well-tested code and uphold strong engineering standards • Review code, identify issues, and contribute to improving overall code quality • Support and mentor junior engineers through collaboration and leading by example • Help improve development practices, tooling, and CI/CD processes • Balance delivery speed with enterprise-level quality, reliability, and robustness

• Work autonomously on a product built in Ruby on Rails backend and React front-end. • Build critical features and improvements for our web app, with a product-first mindset. • Work closely with Circle's leaders throughout the feature design process. • Work closely with our designers to create a world-class user experience. • Foster a bias for action, prioritizing speed of iteration without compromising on the quality of code or user experience.

• Own the GTM data stack and build AI-powered tools • Create interactive customer journey experiences • Develop tools for lead scoring and sales summaries • Collaborate with marketing for experiments and conversions

• Architect, implement and maintain authentication (AuthN) and authorization (AuthZ) systems for enterprise and customer-facing applications. • Build, test, and deploy identity solutions at global scale. • Define IAM standards and best practices for CIAM and workforce identity systems. • Champion Zero Trust principles and ensure IAM solutions meet PCI-DSS, SOC 2, and other compliance requirements. • Embed security controls and audit capabilities into identity workflows. • Act as a senior Individual Contributor driving technical decisions and mentoring engineers. • Influence IAM roadmap and strategy across multiple teams. • Implement SSO, MFA, and federation using OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, SCIM. • Automate identity lifecycle management with IaC tools (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines. • Partner with Product, Security, and Platform teams to manage interdependencies and deliver seamless identity experiences.
