• Support deal analysis and underwriting for data center opportunities, including pricing approval for larger customer engagements • Develop and refine unit economics frameworks to inform competitive pricing strategies across all products and services • Conduct strategic analyses to understand the key drivers of Ark's financial performance, with a focus on cost structures, capacity utilization, and operational efficiency • Evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives and capital investments, translating insights into actionable recommendations • Prepare materials and analyses for the management team, Board, and investor presentations • Partner with FP&A on annual and quarterly planning processes, contributing strategic perspective to target-setting and resource allocation • Conduct post-investment lookbacks to assess capital deployment effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities • Support ad-hoc strategic projects and analyses as business needs arise
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, or a related analytical role
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and clear recommendations
- Professional presence and excellent communication skills, with comfort presenting to C-level executives and Board members
- Relentless problem-solving mindset—you figure things out and don't stop until you have the answer
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable shifting priorities as business needs evolve
- Self-starter who takes ownership and has a strong desire to learn and grow
