• Lead technical discovery and qualification conversations to deeply understand customer challenges, business drivers, and desired outcomes. • Deliver high impact product demonstrations—both standard and customized demos tailored to prospect scenarios. • Work closely with Sales and Implementation teams to define solution scope, translate requirements into SOWs, and support accurate quoting. • Present webinars, workshops, and training sessions for prospects, clients, and partners to demonstrate product capabilities and best practices. • Act as a jack-of-all-trades —jumping in to support sales pursuits, internal product feedback loops, competitive positioning, or client issues as needed.
Job Requirements
- Deep experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and understanding of how ISV solutions extend its value.
- Strong pre sales or technical consulting background that combines product knowledge with sales instincts.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to speak confidently with business and technical stakeholders.
- A curious mindset and ability to ask great questions that uncover real client needs.
- A problem-solving, adaptable attitude—you enjoy learning, synthesizing new information, and helping wherever you’re most needed.
- Experience with ERP, field service, asset management, or equipment rental business processes.
- Prior experience creating tailored demos and sales-oriented proof of concepts.
- Familiarity with partner programs and onboarding workflows common in the Microsoft ecosystem.
