• Coordinate internal projects across underwriting, operations, and research teams • Manage schedules, internal meetings, and project timelines • Track deliverables and follow up with teams to ensure deadlines are met • Organize internal documentation, reports, and operational processes • Assist leadership with strategic initiatives and special projects • Prepare internal reports, research summaries, and presentation materials • Help improve internal workflows and operational efficiency • Support cross-functional collaboration across remote teams
Job Requirements
- 0–3 years of professional experience (administrative, operations, project coordination, or similar roles)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working with remote teams and digital collaboration tools
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a startup environment
- Interest in technology, cybersecurity, or emerging industries is a plus
