• Lead Generation: Research and build a list of potential leads from diverse sources, including databases, social media, and industry events. • Use prospecting and automation tools to identify and engage cold leads. • Lead Enrichment: Improve and enhance the quality of leads in a sales or marketing database by adding additional information or context for each lead, such as demographic, behavioral, contextual, and intent data. • Identify and analyze the buy-in committee within client organizations, mapping and escalating through the corporate hierarchy to establish relationships with influencers and decision-makers, and customize sales strategies to maximize conversion rates and close deals. • Contact Leads: Make cold calls, send emails, and send LinkedIn messages to engage potential leads. • Effectively present the value of our SaaS contact center solutions to generate interest among leads. • Lead Qualification: Evaluate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to determine their potential to become sales opportunities. • Conduct discovery questions to understand leads’ needs and challenges and how our solutions can help. • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings between qualified leads and the sales team. Ensure the sales team is well informed about leads’ background and needs prior to meetings. • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the company CRM. Generate regular reports on prospecting activities and results. • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to continuously improve prospecting and lead qualification strategies. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the software or technology industry
  • Results- and productivity-oriented with a strong focus on growth
  • Proven experience in lead generation and cold prospecting
  • Experience with and knowledge of CRM tools
  • Knowledge of Excel, Monday.com, LinkedIn, and databases
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
