Quantiphi

• Architect and design end-to-end Generative AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models and modern AI frameworks. • Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures integrating enterprise knowledge bases, documents, and structured data. • Build and guide development of LLM applications, intelligent assistants, and AI copilots using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks. • Define architectures for vector search, embeddings, and semantic retrieval pipelines that support scalable knowledge discovery. • Work closely with engineering teams to translate architectural designs into production-ready AI systems. • Develop AI reference architectures, design patterns, and best practices for enterprise adoption of Generative AI. • Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can unlock value from large knowledge and data ecosystems. • Design secure and scalable cloud-native AI platforms within the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem. • Ensure responsible AI practices through model evaluation frameworks, guardrails, monitoring, and governance mechanisms. • Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across ML and AI initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience designing LLM-powered applications and Generative AI solutions
  • Strong expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, embeddings, and vector search.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph or equivalent
  • Experience designing AI solutions within the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem (Vertex AI, BigQuery, GKE, etc.).
  • Strong programming experience in Python and experience working with modern ML frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise data architectures, APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Experience communicating complex technical architectures to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience designing AI solutions for large knowledge repositories, digital content platforms, or enterprise data ecosystems.
  • Experience with vector databases
  • Familiarity with agent-based AI architectures and multi-step AI workflows.
  • Experience with MLOps, model lifecycle management, and AI governance frameworks.
  • Exposure to document intelligence, semantic search, or knowledge graph technologies.

The individual in this role coordinates and/or undertakes the planning development, production and delivery of projects, as a member of the project design team or on own projects. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops, modifies, and reviews planning documents according to established standards.
