Sales Support Administrator
GN Group
• Manage day‑to‑day processes • Optimize team workflows • Support customer pricing activities • Manage sample orders and tracking • Assist with distribution and channel accounts • Support lead management • Coordinate with Marketing • Maintain and update the master team calendar • Support management in planning and facilitating team meetings • Provide administrative support to executives and management team members as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting or working within a sales organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build and maintain positive cross‑functional relationships
- Proven ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and follow through on details in a fast‑paced environment
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
