• Deliver compelling live and virtual demonstrations of the GRAVTY platform to prospects and partners. • Help turn complex capabilities into clear, client-relevant stories and use cases. • Participate in discovery calls and workshops with prospects. • Ask thoughtful, structured questions to understand their current programs, technology stack, and pain points. • Capture and document requirements so sales, product, and delivery teams are aligned. • Work with sales and product teams to map client needs to GRAVTY features and configurations. • Help create simple solution outlines, demo scripts, and “day in the life” flows that bring the platform to life for each prospect. • Configure demo environments with relevant data, offers, and journeys ahead of key meetings. • Keep demo scenarios fresh, realistic, and aligned to target industries (airlines, hotels, retail, banking, etc.). • Assist with RFP responses, presentations, and product sections of proposals. • Provide feedback from the field to product and marketing on what prospects are asking for and how competitors are positioning themselves. • Maintain competitive intelligence for GTM effectiveness. • Stay current on new GRAVTY releases and features; become a go-to person for “how it works” in specific areas. • Build a working understanding of loyalty mechanics, martech stacks, and adjacent technologies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree: Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar.
  • Proven ability to perform product and technology demonstrations, positioning complex solutions to both technical and business audiences.
  • Strong experience engaging clients in a consultative, value-based manner, identifying needs, and demonstrating how solutions address those needs.
  • Experience in SaaS, CRM, or digital marketing technology, with deep understanding of customer engagement, data-driven marketing, and loyalty program strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and partners, including executive-level stakeholders.
  • Comfortable supporting sales cycles, including opportunity qualification, forecasting, and driving adoption of solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for clients.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and able to manage multiple client engagements and internal stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Flexible and proactive, capable of collaborating across teams and adapting to evolving business priorities.
  • Proven track record of adapting to new technologies/solutions and learning quickly.
  • Skilled in basic tools: PowerPoint/Keynote, Excel, and modern web apps.
