Role Description Buscamos un Appointment Setter / Outside Medical Records Coordinator apasionado por el servicio y con experiencia en entornos de alta gestión de llamadas. Serás responsable de solicitar, dar seguimiento y asegurar la recepción de registros médicos provenientes de diferentes instituciones externas. Este rol es clave para que los médicos cuenten con la información necesaria en el momento oportuno. Responsibilities - Solicitar registros médicos a hospitales, clínicas y otras entidades de salud. - Comunicarse de forma constante vía teléfono y correo con hospitales, consultorios, aseguradoras y abogados. - Realizar seguimiento constante a solicitudes pendientes para garantizar tiempos óptimos de entrega. - Usar portales de registros médicos y sistemas EMR para enviar, rastrear y actualizar solicitudes. - Mantener documentación precisa de toda la comunicación y el estatus de cada solicitud. - Verificar que los registros recibidos estén completos y correctos antes de enviarlos a los médicos. - Priorizar solicitudes urgentes según las necesidades de los proveedores de salud.
