Responsibilities - Conduct outreach calls and follow-ups with potential clients to inform them about Steps Academy's offerings. - Utilize effective communication techniques to explain programs and services clearly. - Schedule appointments for prospective families to visit and learn more about our academy. - Maintain and update a customer database with accurate information. - Listen to potential clients' needs and respond to inquiries in a professional manner. - Collaborate with the enrollment team to provide seamless transition and support. - Meet or exceed monthly appointment-setting targets.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or appointment-setting role is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools is a bonus.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn about educational programs.
