Who are you? We’re looking for a seasoned IT infrastructure leader who thrives in a fast-moving, fully remote environment. If you're a hands-on technologist who can zoom out to think strategically and zoom in to execute flawlessly, this role is for you. You're equally comfortable whiteboarding a solution with leadership as you are rolling up your sleeves to implement it. You bring deep expertise across endpoint management, cloud SaaS, networking, and identity technologies — and you know how to translate that knowledge into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. Most of all, you're driven by the challenge of maturing IT infrastructure from the ground up, and you take pride in being the person your team and cross-functional partners can always count on. If you’re looking for a company that offers support, guidance, an abundance of killer giphys, and unlimited potential to grow into your best self, you can bet we’d love to have you too. On a regular basis you will - Own the technical planning, architecture, and delivery of cross-organizational IT infrastructure projects from scoping through implementation and post-change documentation - Lead zero trust initiatives across networking and authentication — including vendor evaluation, architecture design, rollout planning, and end-user migration - Drive endpoint automation and MDM maturation, including OS patching, software deployment, and compliance enforcement across Mac and Windows fleets - Partner with the security team on user authentication controls including SSO, MFA enforcement, conditional access policies, and passwordless authentication strategies - Establish and enforce enterprise IT standards for endpoint configuration, network access, application deployment, and change management - Own technical vendor relationships and serve as the escalation point for complex issues beyond Tier 2 capabilities - Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and reporting for infrastructure health across endpoints, network services, and core SaaS platforms - Evaluate emerging technologies and present build/buy/partner recommendations to the CISO and Director of IT with clear business cases - Mentor IT Analysts on technical depth, troubleshooting methodology, and enterprise-scale thinking — helping them grow from reactive support into proactive infrastructure work - Model and reinforce documentation-first practices across the team, including architecture diagrams, runbooks, change management records, and post-implementation reviews - Collaborate with the GRC team to support compliance requirements with infrastructure dependencies such as endpoint encryption, access logging, and data residency - Engage with business stakeholders to understand technology needs and translate them into actionable infrastructure solutions You’re gonna crush it if - You have 7+ years in IT infrastructure or systems engineering, with 3+ years leading and delivering enterprise-scale technical projects such as endpoint, network, or identity rollouts - You have deep hands-on experience managing macOS and Windows endpoints in an enterprise environment (500+ devices), including proficiency with MDM platforms like Jamf, Kandji, or Intune - You have strong working knowledge of modern authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM) and hands-on experience with SSO and identity providers like Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, or Google Workspace - You understand MFA technologies, conditional access policies, and zero trust identity concepts including device trust, posture assessment, and least-privilege access models - You have a solid grasp of cloud networking fundamentals — VPNs, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and network segmentation across cloud-native and hybrid environments - You've collaborated with security teams on infrastructure controls and understand how to translate risk into actionable IT projects - You can manage and deliver coordinated technical rollouts across a large distributed organization — not just IC work, but changes affecting hundreds of users - You write clearly and thoroughly — architecture docs, implementation plans, and post-mortems are second nature to you - You thrive in an async, documentation-first culture and can drive projects forward without relying on constant meetings - You're self-directed, can juggle multiple concurrent projects, and reprioritize with ease as organizational needs shift Bonus Points If You Have - Experience at a high-growth, fully remote company (300–800 employees) - Linux systems administration experience - Scripting or automation skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python - Familiarity with ZTNA architectures - ITIL, CompTIA, or vendor-specific endpoint/cloud certifications - Background in legal technology or professional services Compensation & Benefits - Salary - $150,000 - $170,000 - Health, Vision, & Dental Benefits - low-cost health plans that free up mind space and unlock our employees' best work - Wellness/Mental Health - shared benefits to be used among employees and families - Flexible Paid Time Off - allowing employees to find balance in their lives - Options of Equity - we know our success is nothing without our team - Access to a company-provided 401(k) account - A home office setup and a monthly stipend to offset internet and phone costs Our Team Our Tech Team is a small, highly reliable, constantly innovative team. It is composed of Engineering, QA, Design, and Product. Instead of being siloed, Eng and QA work hand-in-hand with Product and Design for execution of new ideas and solutions.
