• Conduct assessments of buildings to evaluate the condition of the building systems, provide recommendations for immediate repairs, and use observations and industry standards to determine future building system replacements • Conduct appropriate site reconnaissance, data compilation and organization, and project research (historical, regulatory, etc.) • Technical report authoring and preparation of quality supporting documents (maps, appendices, etc.) • Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones to ensure project progress status is on schedule and effectively communicate project progress and any issues as they arise to the Project Manager and client • Provide solid recommendations and solutions to the Project Manager and client, while understanding the assessment’s potential impact on the transaction process • Coordinate and respond to requests for changes in project scope

• Support the US xarvio business by coordinating agronomic model validation, new business testing, and training initiatives. • Manage field trials, support beta testing with retailer partners, develop KPIs to measure product success. • Collaborate with commercial and training teams to prepare for successful product launches and adoption of BASF’s digital farming solutions. • Lead xarvio Field Manager agronomic model needs, testing, and validation. • Facilitate testing of new business opportunities to validate business impact, while supporting the development and implementation of field trials and protocols. • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to effectively implement testing needs. • Partner with xarvio Digital Farming stakeholders to support the successful launch and execution plans of new and/or improved features. • Develop a content deployment strategy for internal and external xarvio Field Manager users. • Develop KPIs to track effectiveness. • Support xarvio commercial implementation as needed.

• Utilize Automatic Prompt Generation (APG) tools to create baseline prompts for complex parent-child template clusters. • Run and supervise Automated Prompt Optimization (APO) tool, review the outputs, and flag when the APO reaches deadlocks or plateaus. • Manually draft, test, and refine prompts to navigate complex template architectures, overcome anti-patterns, and handle edge cases where tooling is lacking or broken. Solve edge-case scenarios by designing and refining manual prompts. • Monitor shadowbot runs to ensure sufficient disagreements (between human and LLM ratings) are registered, generated, and tracked. • Run prompt versions against established gold data to continuously measure autorater quality against the human crowd baseline, calculating accuracy metrics such as F1 scores, precision, and recall. • Draft technical launch readiness justifications (Launch Certification Documentation) for final.

• Embed with strategic enterprise accounts to map business-critical marketing and web workflows • Architect and implement agentic workflows using Webflow APIs, CMS, components, and emerging AI capabilities • Build integrations between Webflow and external platforms (ad platforms, analytics, CRM, DAM, data pipelines) • Implement human-in-the-loop safeguards, observability, rollback paths, and permission boundaries from day one • Ensure every deployment can survive production traffic, governance scrutiny, and real constraints without FDE involvement • Document where agentic workflows break down and identify which friction is systemic vs. customer-specific • Produce reusable architecture blueprints, reference implementations, and documented anti-patterns after every engagement • Engage pre-sale to de-risk complex AI or integration concerns for strategic accounts
