Role Description We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to spearhead commercial growth across the life sciences sector. Key Responsibilities - Pipeline Development & Sales Execution - Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across the life sciences ecosystem — pharma, biotech, cosmetics, food, supplements, CROs, CDMOs, and medical device companies - Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, and deal closure - Build and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline with reliable forecasting - Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets - Client Engagement & Relationship Management - Engage with senior stakeholders, including VP Regulatory Affairs, Heads of Compliance, Chief Compliance Officers, and IT/Digital leaders - Develop a strong understanding of client regulatory workflows, challenges, and strategic priorities - Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value-based proposals tailored to client needs - Build long-term relationships that drive account growth, renewals, and referrals - Strategic & Market Development - Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with revenue objectives - Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine messaging, positioning, and ideal customer profiles (ICP) - Represent the organization at life sciences industry conferences, regulatory forums, and events - Gather market intelligence and customer insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategy - Identify opportunities for new markets, geographies, and channel partnerships Qualifications - 7+ years of B2B sales experience within the life sciences industry — pharma, biotech, CRO, MedTech, or life sciences SaaS/technology - Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas in consultative sales environments - Prior experience selling regulatory, compliance, quality management, or clinical technology solutions is highly preferred - Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, including ICH guidelines, FDA/EMA submissions, pharmacovigilance, and GxP compliance - Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
