Motion Designer
Milan Laser Hair Removal
• Own motion assets end to end from concept through final delivery, including ideation, design, animation, editing, and finishing • Create emotionally compelling, performance-driven motion content designed to capture attention, drive engagement, and convert audiences across paid and organic channels • Independently build high-impact social creative optimized for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat, following each platforms creative best practices • Translate performance insights into creative decisions, iterating based on hook performance, retention, and conversion signals • Balance brand storytelling and performance rigor, delivering work that is both emotionally resonant and results-driven • Partner with creative and performance leads, but maintain clear ownership over execution and quality of motion outputs • Test and optimize motion assets based on campaign performance data
Job Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating independent, end-to-end ownership of motion assets required
- Proven experience concepting and executing motion design A to Z, not solely animating, editing, or optimizing assets created by others
- Demonstrated ability to create emotionally engaging, high-impact social content that performs in paid and organic environments
- Strong understanding of social-first storytelling, hooks, pacing, and visual hierarchy across short-form platforms
- Experience working in performance marketing or growth-focused creative environments, in-house or agency
