• Responsible for the safe operation, optimization, and clinical integration of state-of-the-art robotic systems • Maintenance and servicing: planning and carrying out regular maintenance measures, including safety checks (STK) and metrological checks (MTK) • Compliance with the Medical Device Regulation (MDR) • Coordination of deployment plans and ordering of spare parts in cooperation with various departments • Repair and troubleshooting at the customer's site: rapid diagnosis and repair of technical defects • Installation and commissioning of new devices, as well as training of medical staff • Documentation of all service calls, test results, and changes to master data • Technical support for customers or clinical staff with questions about applications

• Deliver technical support, maintenance, and repair services for Agfa Radiology’s state-of-the-art imaging products. • Travel to customer sites and be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance and servicing of imaging equipment and associated ICT/electrical equipment. • Act as a liaison between Agfa Radiology Solutions and customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of technical issues. • Work in cooperation with Agfa’s Shared Service Centre to carry out service, maintenance, updates and installation of products. • Maintain all test equipment, tools and company property in good and working order and process spare parts in accordance with policy. • Expand knowledge and that of colleagues and customers, ensuring continuous development and improvement. • Build relationships and maintain team working with all internal and external partners. • Adhere to regulatory requirements and company’s policies and work procedures. • Identify and escalate situations impacting customer satisfaction and/or contractual obligations. • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team within the organization to ensure achievement of goals.
