Corporate Tools is proudly, stubbornly independent. No outside investors calling the shots. It’s just us choosing customers over profits, every time. We build the behind-the-scenes tools that keep businesses running: software, LLC filings, registered agent service, website and domain registration, address services… basically all the unglamorous stuff that makes companies actually work. We’ve grown into one of the largest B2B providers in the U.S. by sticking to a simple mission: solve the real, messy, confusing problems of starting and running a business, while keeping your privacy intact and making your life a whole lot easier.

You can film if needed or even be on camera when required. That means you've worked a channel before and are ready to teach a scrappy crew of rascals how to run, grow, and go wild on YouTube with irresistible thumbnails, sorting tags, and everything in between. If you feel this role is the right fit for you, we'd love to see your application! Please include some examples of your work along with your cover letter on the applications page! Wage: $90,000/year Benefits: - 100% employer-paid medical, dental and vision for employees - Annual review with raise option - 22 days Paid Time Off accrued annually, and 4 holidays - After 3 years, PTO increases to 29 days. We don't care about fancy titles so much. We care about work that moves the needle, being a good human, and having fun while doing it. If you want a place where your voice matters, where you can build rather than just maintain, and where metrics and creativity both matter, this is the gig for you. Requirements: - 2-4 years of experience managing a YouTube channel or similar long-form video presence. - Strong understanding of YouTube analytics tools, SEO for video, metadata best practices. - Excellent storytelling skills; can write or shape scripts or briefs. - Comfortable working in cross-functional, fast paced environment. - A data mindset: you test, you learn, you improve; not afraid to be wrong. - Good collaborator. Humble. Able to take feedback on what we are passionate about.

What we’re looking for Required - 12+ years of professional experience in a complex B2B or B2G environment (professional services, consulting, enterprise SaaS), with a demonstrated ability to transition technical expertise into winning strategies. - At least 3 years of experience developing training programs across a wide variety of roles and participants, including in-person hands on training and microlearning sessions available on demand. - Proven ability to coach senior technical leaders and influence behavior change (executive presence, strong judgment, high trust). - Track record building and delivering instructor-led programs that are practical, role-specific, and adopted by the field. - Demonstrated ability to translate complex offerings into clear sales plays and teach “how to sell this here.” - Excellent facilitation and curriculum design skills (live + virtual), plus strong writing for microlearning and job aids. - Comfort operating in a matrixed organization and driving adoption without direct authority. Preferred - 5 years experience in sales or business development training in a professional services, enterprise SaaS, or consulting environment. - Experience with modern sales enablement platforms like Highspot, Showpad, Seismic, &c. - Experience with energy/utility, infrastructure, climate/energy transition, or public-sector buying environments. - Familiarity with modern qualification/value frameworks (e.g., MEDDIC/BANT-informed), applied pragmatically.
