Job Description: The Case Manager role with Job Duck offers an opportunity for an organized, client‑focused professional to support the full lifecycle of personal injury cases in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. In this position, you will manage a high‑volume caseload, maintain ongoing communication with clients, and ensure every detail of each case is documented with precision. You will work closely with medical providers and insurance adjusters while preparing highly accurate demand packages that rely on careful financial verification and sound judgment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured workflows, communicates with clarity and empathy, and takes pride in delivering meticulous work even under pressure. Your ability to remain calm, focused, and consistent will directly support positive outcomes for clients navigating complex legal processes. Salary Range: •1,220 USD to 1,320 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Adjust demand packages based on attorney direction and coverage limits • Prepare complete demand packages for attorney review • Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding coverage, liability, and demand submissions • Verify accuracy of financial information, including medical costs, out-of-pocket expenses, and insurance payments • Submit approved demand packages to insurance adjusters • Collect, verify, and document required personal, medical, and insurance information • Use case management software (for example, Filevine, Clio, Mycase) • Drafting legal documents including Letters of Protection • Serve as the primary point of contact for more than 100 active personal injury clients • Conduct consistent follow-up outreach based on the stage of each case • Manage approximately 45–50 calls per week and 200+ emails/messages per week Requirements: • Strong attention to detail • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to work independently and remain self‑driven • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) • Ability to follow structured, established processes • Comfort handling confidential and sensitive information • Experience with Microsoft Excel • Ability to maintain professionalism in high‑stress situations • Collaborative and team‑oriented mindset Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America) Languages: English, Spanish Ready to dive in?
