Integrated Marketing Manager
Momentive Software
• Develop, execute and optimize marketing programs, ensuring that team members have the tool, support, and guidance needed to succeed • Foster cross-departmental collaboration, with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Teams, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with company objectives • Develop and execute measurable demand generation strategies that align with overall business goals, driving pipeline growth and revenue generation • Oversee and coordinate multichannel marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, drip email nurture series, and content • Own and refine the integrated marketing strategy to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue generation, while incorporating data-driven insights for optimization • Work closely with content and design teams to create landing pages for campaign CTAs • Work closely with the Marketing Operations team to ensure that all marketing campaigns are executed seamlessly, leveraging the full potential of the marketing tech stack • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of demand creation programs, identifying optimization opportunities and refining strategies based on performance data • Provide regular updates and reports to key stakeholders, including senior leadership, on the impact of marketing campaigns • Facilitate a marketing program retrospective following completion of each marketing program • Other job duties as assigned by manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing programs, with 2+ years in a managerial or team lead role
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com) and marketing automation (Hubspot) systems
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and overseeing integrated marketing campaigns, particularly in a SaaS environment for associations and nonprofits.
- Strong project management skills for managing schedules and deadlines (experience in project management software like Asana is a plus)
- Deep knowledge of B2B marketing principles and demand generation strategies.

The base pay range for this position is: $98,140 - $134,937 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
