Learning & Development Manager

Carrum Health

• Own the design and delivery of a standardized, milestone-based onboarding program for our rapidly growing patient care team. • Help build our first-ever leadership development program to upskill our managers into high-performing leaders. • Regularly collaborate with Care Ops and Product to ensure training keeps pace with our 2026 AI and automation roadmap. • Modernize our training toolkit by implementing industry-leading L&D software and AI-driven documentation tools. • Establish clear success metrics to measure time-to-productivity for new hires and the overall effectiveness of training initiatives. • Lead change management education, ensuring the team is prepared for new technology launches before they go live. • Conduct continuous needs-assessments to identify skills gaps across the organization in partnership with QA.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of L&D or Corporate Training experience, healthcare or high-growth technology companies preferred.
  • Strong skills working with LMS platforms, AI content generation tools, and instructional design frameworks.
  • Experience in designing clinical or operational onboarding that utilizes clear competency milestones.
  • Track record in developing leadership curriculum for first-time managers and emerging leaders.
  • Ability to translate complex technical or clinical workflows into simple, digestible learning modules.
  • Ability to measure ROI of training programs through data-driven insights and employee performance metrics.
  • Entrepreneurial and resourceful - we need people who can find creative ways to make a big impact quickly and without much direction.
  • Experience handling deadlines, keeping many balls in the air, and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for collaborating cross-functionally with sales, operations, client success, data, and product teams to ideate, complete projects, and drive impactful results.
