• Work with the IXL and Education.com teams to design high-quality printable worksheets and materials for students in grades PreK–8 • Ensure all designs adhere to established brand styles and maintain visual consistency • Efficiently manage multiple design tasks and meet quick turnaround deadlines

• Review IXL math video content and suggest necessary adaptations for our UK edition. Considerations will include: • Spelling, punctuation, grammar, and terminology conventions of British English • Cultural relevance for UK students (i.e., avoiding US-centrism) • Adherence to IXL style guide specifications • Grade-level appropriateness • Pedagogical relevance per UK teaching conventions • Ensure overall quality and consistency of math content for the UK • Answer IXL queries pertaining to British English, cultural customs, and math curriculum
• Review IXL math video content and suggest necessary adaptations for our Australian edition. Considerations will include: • Spelling, punctuation, grammar, and terminology conventions of Australian English. • Cultural relevance for Australian students (i.e., avoiding US-centrism). • Adherence to IXL style guide specifications. • Grade-level appropriateness. • Pedagogical relevance per Australian teaching conventions. • Ensure overall quality and consistency of math content for Australia. • Answer IXL queries pertaining to Australian English, cultural customs, and math curriculum.
• Researching informational topics of interest to a high school-aged audience • Writing sentences, paragraphs, and longer passages for use in online activities • Crafting questions, answers, and explanations based on guidelines and samples • Adhering to conventions in The Chicago Manual of Style and an in-house style guide • Accepting and implementing feedback
• Define and execute a unified, enterprise-wide eCommerce strategy to accelerate revenue growth across all IXL Learning brands, marketplaces (including Amazon, Walmart, Target), and direct-to-consumer channels • Manage and optimize the Carson Dellosa direct-to-consumer website and storefront, focusing on merchandising, promotions, and product listings to maximize traffic and conversion • Spearhead the end-to-end management of the Amazon Vendor Central account, overseeing daily operations, catalog setup, A+ content, brand store, and performance monitoring • Drive growth across all 3P marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.) by implementing data-driven merchandising, promotional calendars (seasonal events, deals, coupons), and listing optimization • Ensure compliance and optimal account health by proactively monitoring key metrics, responding promptly to Amazon communications, and managing case resolution for listing errors and policy issues • Lead listing optimization efforts across all channels, ensuring all products feature effective titles, keywords, high-quality imagery, and compelling content • Generate and analyze comprehensive weekly/monthly performance reports to track P&L, identify growth trends, inform forecasting, and provide insights for PPC optimization and strategic decision-making • Act as a key cross-functional partner to Marketing and Product teams to align on seasonal strategies, brand messaging, and the creation/launch of new bundles and eCommerce-specific assortments

• Serve as a product expert, providing educators with implementation strategies tailored to their unique classroom needs • Partner with school and district leaders to plan and deliver virtual and in-person professional development that supports a successful IXL implementation • Travel to facilitate in-person professional development sessions to schools and districts – up to 60% possible travel during back-to-school season and up to 40% the remainder of the year • Set up, host, and present at regional IXL Live events, working closely with our events team to ensure a seamless and engaging experience • Collaborate with the sales team to support schools piloting IXL • Partner with customer success and sales team members to effectively manage and grow customer relationships
