Global Sales Onboarding Specialist

• Design and deliver live, instructor-led onboarding programs for all GTM teams. • Build scalable onboarding curricula that blend synchronous and asynchronous learning for diverse roles including Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and Partners • Create role-specific learning paths with clear competency milestones and certification requirements • Develop assessment frameworks that measure knowledge retention and readiness for customer-facing responsibilities • Partner with cross-functional leaders (Sales, CS, BD, Partners, Product, Marketing) to ensure onboarding reflects current business priorities and market dynamics • Establish metrics and analytics systems to measure time-to-first-deal, time-to-quota, and program effectiveness • Build a community of practice among new hires that extends beyond formal onboarding • Scale onboarding programs to support rapid growth while maintaining quality and consistency • Continuously iterate on content and delivery based on feedback, business changes, and performance data

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years in sales enablement, learning & development, or sales management with focus on onboarding and new hire acceleration for: Business Development, Enterprise, Mid-Market, SMB reps, Account Managers, and Customer Success reps
  • Proven track record designing learning plans by role and facilitating engaging, high-impact training programs for sales and customer-facing teams – Key Metrics: Ramp-time, time to first deal, Time to first impact for CS
  • Experience building onboarding programs from scratch or significantly transforming existing programs
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to command a room and create inclusive learning environments – Executive presence is a must for this role
  • Demonstrated success creating blended learning experiences (in-person, virtual, self-paced)
  • Excellent project management capabilities with experience managing multiple programs simultaneously
  • Data-driven approach to measuring onboarding effectiveness and optimizing for outcomes
