Role Description To effectively on-board learners and clients ensuring they choose the right career pathway and apprenticeship. You will be great at providing an excellent customer service experience to our apprentices and employers, communicating clearly and providing up to date information, advice and guidance at every stage during the on-boarding phase right up to enrolment. - Work closely with internal stakeholders ensuring levy accounts, initial assessments and contracts are in place. - Ensure learners and employers receive a first-class professional service. - Support SCL Professional to ensure a thorough end to end quality recruitment and onboarding process for customers expressing interest in SCL’s apprenticeship programmes. - Proactively focus on providing comprehensive information, advice and guidance to prospective learners and employers. - Be motivated, knowledgeable and articulate in ensuring all customers receive a positive and effective SCL experience. - Work with SCL operations team to support and quality assure all aspects of the learner onboarding process. - Ensure an excellent transition for a learner to enrol onto an SCL programme. Qualifications - Excellent customer service skills. - Strong communication abilities. - Knowledge of apprenticeship programmes. - Experience in onboarding processes. The Business Development Manager has the primary role of driving the sales within SCL Education. This role involves: Being the outward face of SCL and the critical first contact for new customers or partners. Clearly relaying the values of the business to ensure the right partners are brought on board. Achieving challenging KPIs and targets. Staying up to date with patterns in consumer and market behavior to optimize commercial performance. Exhibiting commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the consumer base and competitive market. Managing external partners and collaborating with numerous internal departments to ensure commercial success.
