QA Specialist

• Uphold project quality standards by reviewing completed projects for defects and quality of work • Communicate with field team members to assist in completing projects accurately and efficiently • Act as a liaison between the Quality Assurance Manager, Corporate Office, and Field Data Specialists • Review projects for accuracy and submit to the final review team • Meet project deadlines and production expectations • Respond in a timely manner to requests and questions from all parties • Participate in coaching, training, and onboarding of new hires • Complete and submit HR paperwork accurately and timely • Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Superb written and spoken communication skills: face-to-face, email, text, video, etc.
  • Excellent attention to detail and desire to work with the details day in and out
  • Data analysis and reporting skills
  • Strong at providing feedback to other team members in an objective manner.
  • Strong spatial thinking—you can rotate a 3-dimensional box in your mind and always know which side is facing you
  • A plus if you have experience with commercial property mapping, floorplans, or blueprints.
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM) software experience, especially MS Dynamics is a plus.
  • At least one year of office-related work experience is a bonus and/or working from home experience.
