Job Description
Sr. Director, Executive Events & Experience (Remote)
CrowdStrike
As a global leader in cybersecurity, CrowdStrike protects the people, processes and technologies that drive modern organizations. Since 2011, our mission hasn’t changed — we’re here to stop breaches, and we’ve redefined modern security with the world’s most advanced AI-native platform. Our customers span all industries, and they count on CrowdStrike to keep their businesses running, their communities safe and their lives moving forward. We’re also a mission-driven company. We cultivate a culture that gives every CrowdStriker both the flexibility and autonomy to own their careers. We’re always looking to add talented CrowdStrikers to the team who have limitless passion, a relentless focus on innovation and a fanatical commitment to our customers, our community and each other. Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you. About the Role: CrowdStrike is redefining modern security for the AI Era, and we are building an executive ecosystem that matches the scale, velocity, and ambition of our mission. The Senior Director of Executive Events & Experiences is the architect and leader of a high-visibility, high-impact function responsible for shaping how the world’s most influential CxOs engage with CrowdStrike intellectually, strategically, and experientially. This role is not about managing events. It is about designing a category-defining executive engagement platform that deepens strategic relationships, strengthens industry influence, and creates experiences that leaders remember – and act on – after they return to their boardrooms. You will own the vision, strategy, and execution of an executive program portfolio spanning the executive track and CxO summits at our Fal.Con global events; our executive advisory boards; and curated experiences involving customer and CrowdStrike executives. You will lead an elite team and collaborate directly with CrowdStrike’s executive staff to turn moments of engagement into moments of impact. This is a rare opportunity to build and steward a program that influences entire industries, strengthens CrowdStrike’s category leadership, advances the careers of those on the team, and becomes an enduring strategic asset for the company. What You’ll Do: Executive Experience Strategy & Innovation - Architect a multi-year executive engagement strategy that positions CrowdStrike as the go-to partner for CISOs, CIOs, Chief AI Officers, and global security leaders. - Design high-impact, high-fidelity experiences that blend education, community, and strategic advisory, setting the standard for “world-class” in 2026 and beyond. - Bring the CrowdStrike brand to life and move it forward through world-class experiential activations and visual, written, and verbal communications. - Bring a blend of “Four Seasons” experiential acumen (premium and customer-focused) and a “Founder Mode” way of working (scrappy, detail-oriented, accountable). - Establish the long-term vision and operating model for 4 sets of experiences: CrowdStrike’s Fal.Con ONE executive track, CxO summits, strategic advisory boards, and emerging executive experience platforms. Program & Portfolio Leadership - Build, run, and scale a portfolio of programs – from intimate strategic briefings to marquee global gatherings – optimized for meaningful relationship development. - Own the overall experience design for two different strategic C-Level advisory boards (Strategic Board of Advisors, Customer Advisory Board). - Manage a team of 3 to drive consistent and outstanding execution across the event and experience portfolio. - Introduce frameworks, measurement models, and operational rigor that transform executive experiences into a repeatable strategic asset. Executive-Level Content & Collaboration - Lead content strategy for all CxO-facing programs, ensuring every agenda delivers insight, clarity, and thought leadership grounded in CrowdStrike’s unique point of view. - Collaborate with internal SMEs and the executive team (particularly the CIO, CISO, and Office of the President) to craft narratives and conversations that resonate with C-level executives. - Identify and partner with leading experiential and event agencies in the ideation, concepting, and execution of executive experiences. Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment - Serve as the connective tissue across Marketing, Sales, the Office of the CEO, and the Office of the President to ensure that experiences are aligned with the needs, expectations, and preferences of key stakeholders. - Partner with the Global Events team on Fal.Con ONE and the CxO Summit (the executive experiences connected to our Fal.Con global event series) to ensure that agendas, content, and experiences are aligned to overall Fal.Con vision and strategy. - Influence senior stakeholders with clarity and conviction; establish trust as a strategic business partner at the highest levels of the company and with C-level customers. CxO Relationship Development & Community Building - Build mechanisms for sustained engagement with executive audiences, moving beyond events into year-round communities, peer networks, and strategic advisory relationships. - Shape programs that help the world’s most mission-critical leaders learn, solve real problems, and forge lasting connections with CrowdStrike and one another. What You'll Need: - 15+ years of experience shaping and leading executive programs, experience design, strategic events, or C-suite relationship development in a high-growth environment. - Exceptional ability to build trust with C-level executives, both external to the organization and among members of the internal executive team. - Polished executive presence, sharp business judgment, and the maturity to navigate high-stakes conversations with confidence and discretion. - Innate ability to look at every touchpoint through the lens of a premium executive experience – anticipating needs, eliminating friction, and elevating the overall journey. - A penchant to thrive in environments where vision, innovation, and crisp execution matter more than precedent. - A preference for originality and craft; you set a high bar for experience design, storytelling, and flawless delivery. - Strong track record of galvanizing cross-functional teams around shared goals, leveraging influence rather than authority. - Comfort operating in an environment of high expectation, rapid iteration, and strategic ambiguity—you create the playbook, not just follow it. - Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise technology is valuable but not required; what matters is credibility with executives, an impeccable strategic experiential acumen, and the ability to inspire an incredibly talented team. #LI-MJ1 #LI-LM1 #LI-Remote Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike: - Market leader in compensation and equity awards - Comprehensive physical and mental wellness programs - Competitive vacation and holidays for recharge - Paid parental and adoption leaves - Professional development opportunities for all employees regardless of level or role - Employee Networks, geographic neighborhood groups, and volunteer opportunities to build connections - Vibrant office culture with world class amenities - Great Place to Work Certified™ across the globe CrowdStrike is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
