About You: We are seeking a remote Customer Experience Associate to join our rapidly growing team to provide a high-level and empathetic customer experience at Nutrafol! In this role, you will play an active role in enhancing the overall customer experience and team efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity if you are a creative problem solver, team player, and critical thinker. This role is open to candidates based in the Pacific time zone. Work schedule will be: 9am-6pm PST, with at least 1 weekend day of availability: Sunday-Thursday schedule Responsibilities: - Answer customer calls and reply to email inquiries in a fast-paced environment. - Act as a point of escalation for complex customer and process issues. - Resolve high-priority customer escalation. - Assist customers with navigating the Nutrafol website. - Become an expert on our product. - Think quickly on your feet to customize creative solutions. - Prioritize daily tasks and direct assignments to aid in maximizing efficiency. - Manage Ad-hoc projects as needed. - Take on additional responsibilities and training to improve overall customer experiences. Requirements: - 1-3 years in a customer experience-related role; e-commerce or startup preferred. - Proficient using platforms such as ZenDesk, Salesforce, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products. - Stellar written and verbal communication skills – you aren’t afraid to hop on the phone, write an email, or send a chat to help a customer. - Demonstrated positive approach toward customers. - You have a passion for understanding problems and are solution-oriented. - You have a head for science as it pertains to health and wellness. - You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit! You’re ready to jump in – no job is too big or too small. - You’re a people person and you truly enjoy making someone smile. - Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred. Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package. Position Summary: The Patient Success Specialist will work with all patient-specific eligibility verifications with payers, claim submissions/ investigations, product grid and analysis of the current patient status and manage various reporting functions. These include but are not limited to patients, sales team, clinic, and executive inquiries and/or escalations. - Ensures timely closure of escalation cases using email, phone, or salesforce.com - Adhere to pre-established guidelines and specific instructions and training, to effectively perform the functions of the job. - Review standard operating procedures for common departmental tasks/duties. - Other duties as assigned by Management. - Ensure all data and analysis requests from different parts of the organization are addressed in a timely manner. - Owning the second level line of escalation to our patient billing call center agents and field teams. - Responsible for patient outreach effort to resolve escalated issues using all forms of communication (SMS, email, phone) - Participates with operational programs, projects and initiatives that help drive the sustaining business forward through patient resolution. - Keeps key internal leaders and other stakeholders apprised of the escalation status. - This role works with PHI on a regular basis both in paper and electronic form and have access to various technologies to access PHI (paper and electronic) in order to perform the job. - Employee must complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training and security training as soon as possible but not later than the first 30 days of hire. - Must maintain a current status on Natera training requirements.
