We are a home exterior renovation company specializing in siding replacement and remodeling — not new construction. This flexible role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting homeowners, being out in the field, and coordinating projects — without being tied to a desk or pressured by heavy sales quotas. You’ll meet with homeowners at their first appointment, take site photos and measurements, present siding samples, and explain why Ideal Siding delivers the best results. From there, you’ll assist with follow-up items such as delivering material samples, collecting payments, and monitoring project quality. Our back-office team handles all proposals, contracts, materials, and financials — so you can focus on customer experience and project oversight. And as we continue to expand in 2026, this position offers the opportunity to grow with the company into a larger role if desired. Key Responsibilities - Attend initial homeowner meetings - Take measurements and detailed site photos. - Present siding samples and explain Ideal Siding’s value. - Assist homeowners with materials, questions, and sample coordination. - Collect payments at designated project milestones. - Kick off projects on-site, take progress photos, and ensure crews are delivering quality work. - Act as the local representative for customer relations while the back office manages administration. Qualifications & Requirements - Must use your own vehicle and cover your own gas (mileage included in $30/hr rate). - Must use your own cell phone (software/app costs covered by the company). - Laptop helpful but not required. - Must be reliable, professional, and detail-oriented. - Bilingual (English/Spanish) helpful but not required. - Comfortable with flexible, variable hours (10–30 per week). - Experience in home renovation, estimating, or project coordination is a plus — but we’ll train the right candidate. • Assists the Project Coordinator in day-to-day running of the project. • Performs low level project management tasks such as updating trackers and answering emails from crowd resources. • Communicates project details and addresses project issues on a resource level. • Compiles reports on daily production. • Follows and helps to update Lean documentation. • Completes End of Day (EOD) reporting pertaining to process flow to ensure proper hand off to the next shift owners. • Meets or exceeds all daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs pertaining to the specific process flow of the assigned project.

• Support Project Managers in the coordination and follow-up of ongoing projects • Help manage staff augmentation accounts, ensuring smooth communication and operational tracking • Follow up on small maintenance accounts when required • Assist in tracking delivery processes, team coordination, and project documentation • Contribute to process improvements within the Delivery area • Monitor staffing needs and emerging team requirements across projects • Provide operational support to ensure projects and client engagements run smoothly

• Drive Operational Reviews (with the ITR Leaders) of Outage Readiness across SQDC to ensure the best outcomes for our customers, our team, and the region for all outages within the planning window. • Own and actively manage multiple NAM Level KPIs while serving as SME for NAM on ITR processes that directly impact the KPI. • Use LEAN principles and Problem-Solving tools to provide recommendations to address underperformance or improve existing performance on the KPI. • Lead the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) forecasting process for one of the key functions (Parts, Repairs, Services, Productivity) for NAM. • This includes providing the functions an accurate 3-5 yr. demand forecast, aligning demand and supply, understanding capacity constraints that may exist, and coordinating with the NAM ITR regions on mitigation/correction plans. • Work with Global Continuous Improvement team as needed to determine if a Global Solution is required. • Build and lead cross-functional teams. • Industrialize process changes and influence cultural change to develop constituency support. • Establish a sustainable operational rhythm with all key stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely cooperation between the teams on analysis required and actions needed. • Lead strong integration with all functional teams and drive a disciplined operating process. • Monitor and measure productivity penetration in outage planning and execution in the portfolio/district. • Support successful closure of outage escalation issues for assigned region stakeholders via the Daily Management (War Room) process. • Assist portfolio/district stakeholders to ensure outage issues and risks are reviewed expeditiously to achieve customer impact. • Assist OneFieldServices to promulgate outage Best Practices & Lessons Learned
