Job Description: Blue Water Thinking is seeking a Project Manager to support an upcoming program with the VA. The Project Manager will oversee the execution of program initiatives, coordinate activities across multiple teams, and ensure delivery of program objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage project activities supporting the Payer EDI program - Coordinate across technical teams, stakeholders, and contractors - Track project performance, milestones, and deliverables - Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across initiatives - Support program leadership with reporting and stakeholder engagement - Ensure projects align with program priorities and delivery timelines Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field - Proven experience working in federal contracting - 7–10 years of experience managing projects - Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills - Experience coordinating cross-functional teams - PMP certification Preferred Qualifications: - Experience supporting federal healthcare programs - Experience supporting agile project environments Eligibility: - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future - Must be able to obtain and maintain the required federal public trust clearance for this role Compensation: Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements. The proposed salary range for this position is outlined below.
