About the role: As a Sr. Project Controls Manager, you will lead the finance function for the Westinghouse Specialty Welding and Industrial Services team. You will also help support the BHI Renewables team. You will report to the Director of Outage Work Management. This is a remote role that can be performed from anywhere within the United States. Periodic travel will be required. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct project finance analyses multiple times per week to ensure accuracy and identify trends - Partner with Project Managers to maximize revenue opportunities and control or reduce costs - Review project costs to detect potential margin erosion and escalate issues early - Follow up with Project Managers on PO uplifts, PWQs, and other billing requirements to support revenue recognition - Prepare and process journal entries, including cost reclasses and corrections - Oversee Sales Order setup to ensure accuracy and understanding of project requirements - Manage WBS setup, updates, FNBL, and closure activities - Provide monthly P&L forecasting insights based on project performance and financial trends - Review overhead cost centers in detail and prepare variance explanations - Project closure for financial forecast and financials - Provide oversight for payroll and time entry processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and resolution of issues - Assist Operations and Finance with forecasting and End of Month (EOM) reporting Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field - 8+ years of relevant professional experience We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
