• Oversee the day-to-day tasks related to clinical revenue management and charge capture optimization projects for Professional Billing customers. • Apply technical expertise and interpersonal skills to support clients. • Leverage advanced technology tools to deliver high-quality analysis and process improvement strategies. • Collaborate with various levels of client leadership to make a tangible impact on their operations.

Job Requirements

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business or a health-related field is required (an MBA, MHA, and/or MPH is highly desirable).
  • Experience: 3-5 years of deep healthcare experience is required, with a focus on professional billing coding and charging.
  • Consulting Expertise: Previous experience in a professional services or consulting role is essential, demonstrating a proven track record in delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Revenue Cycle Knowledge: Expertise in professional revenue cycle management, with a specific focus on physician coding and charge capture processes, is required.
  • Technical Proficiency & Certification: Strong technical knowledge in your area of expertise, along with relevant licensure or certifications (e.g., CPC, COC, CPPM, CRCR, CIRCC, RHIA, CPMA) is expected.
  • Leadership & Project Management: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, guide cross-functional teams, and interact with all levels of client and internal staff.
  • Analytical & Financial Skills: Exceptional financial and analytical skills are required, with a strong aptitude for using data and data analytics tools (e.g., Excel) to drive decision-making and process improvement.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Business Development: Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus, showcasing the ability to foster client relationships and grow business opportunities.
  • Travel Requirements: This position requires up to 25% travel to client sites as needed.
