Role Description Our Japan-based client is a growing development team expanding into the U.S. market, where projects tend to be larger and longer-term. The developers are highly capable, but communicating complex requirements with international clients can sometimes be challenging. To bridge that gap, we're looking for a Business Analyst / Client Communication / Project Liaison who can represent our team in client interactions, ensure clear communication, and help translate project requirements into actionable tasks for our developers. This is a partnership-style opportunity with revenue sharing (20–30% of project value) rather than a fixed salary.
