• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the implementation lifecycle. • Introduce CSI digital banking & Apiture solutions and define implementation and configuration requirements. • Conduct data-gathering meetings to clarify data movement, application setup, and configuration. • Execute project plans, tasks, schedules, and milestones. • Configure applications, review test results, and guide clients through UAT. • Liaise between CSI, Apiture, and internal departments. • Communicate Apiture services and product functionality. • Provide go-live and post-implementation support. • Follow project methodology, risk management, and change control processes.

Job Requirements

Role Description Journal Technologies is looking for a high-energy, results-oriented project professional to work on implementation projects for our growing software and services company. The SIS is responsible for delivering contracted products and services such as reports, business rules, and general software configuration.
