This is a remote position. As a Supply Chain Analyst Intern, you will assist in analyzing, optimizing, and enhancing supply chain processes. You will gain hands-on experience working on projects that impact the organization’s operations and strategic decision-making. This role offers the opportunity to develop analytical and problem-solving skills while working alongside experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities: - Data Analysis and Reporting: - Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to supply chain activities, identifying trends, and creating insights for decision-making. - Utilize MS Excel to develop and maintain dashboards, charts, and performance metrics to monitor and evaluate supply chain efficiency. - Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure data accuracy and reliability. - Presentations and Reporting: - Support the creation of presentations and reports to communicate findings, analysis, and recommendations to team members and leadership. - Prepare clear and visually engaging presentations using PowerPoint and other tools to effectively convey key insights and project updates. - Zoho Suite Utilization: - Assist with tasks related to Zoho Suite, including CRM, Zoho Creator, and other modules, to optimize internal workflows and data tracking. - Support process documentation and optimization efforts using Zoho applications. - Administrative and Documentation Support: - Organize and maintain documentation, including process flowcharts, standard operating procedures, and project timelines. - Assist in organizing meetings, tracking project progress. Requirements Qualifications ◦ Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. ◦ Proficient in MS Excel (including pivot tables, v-lookups, charts, and data analysis functions) and the Microsoft Office Suite. ◦ Familiarity with Zoho Suite (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics) is highly preferred. ◦ Basic knowledge of data visualization and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Tableau) is a plus. ◦ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. ◦ Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

This position has exposure at the enterprise level and is instrumental in driving the supply base to provide consistently high-quality parts on schedule to support our customers.
