Role Description This position is responsible for investigating all privacy inadvertent disclosures and privacy breaches across the organization in compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. Key responsibilities include: - Coordinating with Talent and managers/supervisors to ensure compliance with Privacy Corrective Action policy. - Preparing documentation on privacy breaches and providing quarterly reporting for leadership. - Acting as Business Analyst (BA) and Project Manager (PM) on regulatory matters. - Facilitating the elicitation, organization, and documentation of business requirements related to regulatory filings. - Planning, organizing, and coordinating efforts across operational areas and regulatory compliance departments. Qualifications - Minimum Bachelor’s degree, paralegal preferred. - Knowledge of the Healthcare industry with a background in privacy preferred. - Minimum two (2) years’ experience as a BA and/or PM; BA and healthcare industry experience preferred. - Knowledge and experience in project management methodologies and requirements definition. - International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA)/Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) preferred. - Expert-level business and system analysis skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong analytic, organizational, interpersonal, and prioritization skills. - Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and platforms for privacy and compliance. - Ability to take initiative and suggest solutions to problems. - Ability to develop strong relationships with all levels of management. - Commitment to excellent customer service and follow-through. - Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and re-order priorities as needed. - Flexibility and creativity in problem-solving and identifying process improvements. - Ability to anticipate business needs with a business owner mindset. Requirements - Ability to work in a standard office environment, requiring sitting and viewing monitors for extended periods. - Ability to operate standard office equipment such as keyboards, copiers, and telephones.
