Project Manager

Role Description - Own end-to-end delivery of product and technical initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards; - Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Compliance etc) to deliver complex features and integrations; - Plan, manage, and track project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams; - Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, demos, retrospectives) and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes; - Act as the primary point of coordination between stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and clear communication; - Proactively identify delivery risks and blockers; drive mitigation plans and escalation when needed; - Collaborate with Product Managers and Tech Leads to translate product requirements into actionable delivery plans; - Monitor progress using KPIs and delivery metrics; provide regular status updates to leadership; - Support roadmap execution and ensure effective prioritization across initiatives; - Contribute to improving internal workflows, documentation standards, and project governance practices. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager (preferably in product or tech companies); - Proven experience delivering complex cross-functional and technical projects; - Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and delivery frameworks; - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences; - Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence or similar); - Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills; - High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment; - Upper-intermediate or higher English (written and spoken). Requirements - Experience in blockchain, fintech, AML, or cybersecurity domains; - Technical background (experience working closely with engineering teams, understanding of system architecture, APIs, integrations); - Experience managing integrations with external partners or enterprise clients; - Familiarity with data-driven product environments and analytics workflows; - Experience working in remote and distributed teams; - PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications; Your hiring journey (possible changes in the sequence) - Short call with a recruiter (call up to 30 minutes). - An interview with the Head of Operations and HRD (video call approximately 1 hour). - Final interview with CTO (optional). - Offer. Job Requirements
