Test Double
• Engagement Leadership: Set clear expectations, align teams with client goals, and uphold Test Double’s quality standards. • Consultant Support: Provide proactive guidance to help consultants navigate and resolve engagement challenges early. • Feedback Loops: Gather and act on client and consultant feedback to drive improvement and recognize excellence. • Client Partnership: Build trust and evolve relationships into long-term strategic collaborations. • Performance Management: Collaborate closely with HR to address engagement performance or behavior issues, managing sensitive conversations about patterns or fit with care, fairness, and input from relevant partners. • Values Alignment: Ensure all work reflects Test Double’s mission, values, and high standards. • Team Enablement: Clarify objectives, remove blockers, and create conditions for consulting teams to deliver exceptional results. • Client Improvement: Identify root causes and implement solutions that leave clients stronger and more effective. • Staffing Input: Collaborate with the Experience Partner to align consultants with the right client opportunities. • Engagement Transitions: Oversee smooth onboarding, offboarding, and continuity for both clients and consultants. • Client Growth: Share insights, highlight successes, and help expand Test Double’s impact with clients.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience leading cross-functional consulting teams and delivering complex software projects with successful results.
- Skilled in mentoring, coaching, and guiding consultants to deliver high-quality work and grow professionally.
- Strong ability to balance stakeholder expectations with delivering sustainable, high-quality software outcomes.
- Excellent client-facing skills, with success in managing expectations, building trust, and delivering measurable value.
- Clear and confident communicator—able to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, focused on delivering practical, actionable solutions.
- Comfortable working through ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and driving iterative progress.
- Emotionally intelligent, humble, and empathetic in both leadership and collaboration.
