Test Double
• Lead consultant-to-client placements that balance client needs, consultant goals, and business priorities with fairness, transparency, and input from key stakeholders. • Monitor placement patterns to prevent burnout, repetitive assignments, or disconnection from the company’s culture. • Manage consultant transitions between projects thoughtfully—capturing learnings, coordinating logistics, and supporting career continuity. • Advocate for consultant wellbeing and professional growth by ensuring access to meaningful, developmental opportunities. • Promote transparency and open communication about staffing decisions, ensuring consultants understand the process, criteria, and rationale, can self-nominate effectively, and trust decisions are fair. • Maintain regular, lightweight touchpoints with consultants to understand their skills, workload, interests, and overall satisfaction. • Partner with HR on performance management and advancement decisions, using cross-engagement insights to ensure fair, consistent practices and support organizational health. • Strengthen connection to the company’s mission and community, particularly for consultants working on solo client engagements. • Continuously improve the placement and continuity systems to support a growing organization and enhance both consultant and client outcomes.

- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills for building trust and facilitating meaningful conversations.
- Experienced collaborating with HR on performance, advancement, and organizational health decisions.
- Strong systems thinker with the ability to design scalable (up to 150 consultants), transparent processes.
- Strategic problem-solver comfortable making informed decisions amid ambiguity.
