About the Role The Retirement Plan Consultant will provide objective guidance that is aligned with the needs of plan sponsors and employees eligible for the applicable retirement savings plan. Incentive bonus opportunity is available based on factors including the achievement of pre-defined plan metrics and will also be evaluated on client satisfaction ratings. Responsibilities - Conduct individual and group presentations, in person or via video technology, to improve awareness of plan features and to grow plan assets. Presentations include enrollment meetings, age-based financial education meetings, and sophisticated financial literacy meetings as requested by the plan sponsor or determined by the applicable communication and education plan. - Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations. - Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process. - Assist Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates - Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate employees regarding plan participation. - Travel dependent on your territory may be required for new plan enrollments. Individual base pay is based on various factors, including whether you’re located in Zone 1 or Zone 2, as well as relevant experience and skills. In the United States, we have two geographic pay zones. This role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) for new hires in each zone are: - Zone 1 (New York, California, Washington): $176,000 - $242,000 USD annually - Zone 2 (All other US states): $160,000 - $220,000 USD annually OTE is governed by an incentive plan. It is the sum of a fixed base salary plus incentives at target performance. Incentive compensation will vary based on performance. The incentive plan is uncapped. The listed ranges represent the expected earning potential in this position. These ranges were determined by a market-based compensation approach; we used data from trusted third-party compensation sources to set equitable, consistent, and competitive ranges. We also evaluate compensation bi-annually, identify any changes in the market and make adjustments to our ranges and existing employee compensation as needed. OTE is only one element of an employee's total compensation at Sprout. Every Sprout team member has an opportunity to receive restricted stock units (RSUs) under Sprout’s equity plan. Employees (and their dependents) are covered by medical, dental, vision, basic life, accidental death, and dismemberment insurance, and Modern Health (a wellness benefit). As a Thimble Seamstress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and performing alterations and repairs on garments at your home workspace. Requirements: - You must own a sewing machine at home, as this is a work from home position. - At least 3 Years experience as a seamstress/performing formal dress alterations. - Proven experience working with Bridal, Prom or Evening Dresses is preferred. - Proficiency in using sewing machines and other alteration tools. - Strong knowledge of garment construction techniques. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements. - Basic math skills for measuring and calculating fabric requirements. - Ability to maintain high-quality standards. - Strong communication and customer service skills. Responsibilities: - Perform alterations and repairs on garments, including hemming, taking in or letting out seams, working with multiple laters and replacing buttons or zippers. - Use sewing machines, hand tools, and other equipment to complete tailoring tasks. - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting our customers with fitting and ensuring their satisfaction with the finished product. - Take accurate measurements from customers during fittings. - Maintain a clean and organized work area at home where the work is done.
