Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Full-Time Pay Rate: $17 – $19 per hour Benefits: Paid Time Off, Health Care, Dental, Vision, Growth Opportunities, Pay Reviews Overview Chronic Care Staffing is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Remote RPM Coordinator (CMA/RMA) to support patients living with chronic or high-risk conditions through Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) services. In this role, you will monitor biometric health data, educate patients on device usage, identify abnormal readings, and coordinate timely follow-up with healthcare providers. This is an excellent opportunity for a certified medical assistant who thrives in a remote care environment and enjoys making a direct impact on patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Conduct patient onboarding and provide device education for new RPM enrollees - Monitor daily biometric data (blood pressure, glucose, weight, oxygen saturation, etc.) - Identify abnormal readings and follow escalation protocols to notify providers - Perform monthly RPM engagement calls to assess patient condition and address concerns - Troubleshoot device connectivity and patient usage issues - Communicate effectively with patients and caregivers regarding goals and progress - Support patient self-management and adherence to individualized care plans - Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure timely responses to alerts - Document all patient interactions accurately in EHR and RPM platforms - Ensure compliance with CMS RPM billing and documentation guidelines - Meet productivity expectations for monitoring, outreach, and follow-up - Represent Chronic Care Staffing with professionalism and empathy at all times
Job Requirements
- Must Have Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered CMA or RMA certification
- Current BLS certification
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and compassionately via phone or messaging
- Excellent documentation, time management, and critical thinking skills
- Experience working with EHR systems and cloud-based healthcare platforms
- Familiarity with Google Suite
- Nice to Have (Optional)
- Strong understanding of RPM protocols, workflows, and monitoring platforms
- Ability to recognize and respond appropriately to clinical red flags in biometric data
- Home Office Requirements

About the Role: The Specialist DSPV Compliance is responsible for ensuring that pharmacovigilance activities are compliant with global pharmacovigilance regulations (i.e. GVP, Good Pharmacovigilance Practices), company policies, and industry standards by assisting with and supporting pharmacovigilance activities and deliverables related to document management, training, quality and compliance, and audit and inspection readiness within the scope of the Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance (DSPV) Department at Insmed.
