In this role, you will provide virtual nutrition coaching and remote patient monitoring support to individuals managing chronic conditions and weight-loss journeys — including patients using GLP-1 medications such as Ozempic. Job Requirements

About the Role: The Specialist DSPV Compliance is responsible for ensuring that pharmacovigilance activities are compliant with global pharmacovigilance regulations (i.e. GVP, Good Pharmacovigilance Practices), company policies, and industry standards by assisting with and supporting pharmacovigilance activities and deliverables related to document management, training, quality and compliance, and audit and inspection readiness within the scope of the Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance (DSPV) Department at Insmed. You will also: - Proactively identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements. - Assist with the development, review, and approval of DSPV controlled documents, including SOPs, Policies, Templates, and Forms. - Assist with electronic archival and maintenance of DSPV controlled documents - Support the maintenance of relevant team trackers, documents, and folders maintaining accuracy, organization and efficiency in document management processes. - Assist with the scheduling, documentation, and tracking of all Adverse Event Reporting Trainings for all Insmed Representatives. - Support the facilitation of DSPV training to ensure the DSPV team receives the role-specific curricula tailored to their responsibilities. - Assist in initiating, tracking, monitoring, and following up on non-compliance matters for Insmed and PV-Related vendors as needed. - Support the review and management of deviations, CAPAs, Quality Events, and other compliance-related activities (including but not limited to Note to Files, Storyboards, etc.) as required. Role Description The Diagnostic Related Groups (DRG) Clinical Supervisor is responsible for performing DRG validation (clinical/coding) reviews of medical records and/or other documentation to determine correct DRG/coding that is clinically supported as defined by review methodologies specific to the contract for which review services are being provided. Role Description The Medical Review Support Analyst supports clinical audit and claims review processes by triaging claims, requesting and managing medical records, and ensuring accurate documentation within claims systems. This role works closely with claims teams and provider networks to gather required records, track claim review status, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards. - Perform initial triage of claims selected for review to determine if they meet specific clinical audit criteria. - Request and obtain medical records from healthcare providers based on review requirements. - Prepare and send medical record request letters and follow up on outstanding documentation. - Receive, review, and process medical records received via fax, mail, email, and secure upload systems. - Research claim history and review pre-authorization determinations when necessary. - Enter claim processing instructions and documentation into Facets or other claims systems. - Maintain accurate case notes and required fields in departmental databases. - Communicate claim review status and documentation updates to claims staff and network management teams. - Send detailed provider notifications when records are missing or additional documentation is required. - Maintain production, quality, and compliance standards while adhering to healthcare regulatory requirements.
