• Monitor, control, and suggest improvements to QA processes for different projects/products. • Organize and cooperate with QA specialists on different projects. • Set priorities, review tests, and coordinate QA activities. • Coordinate Automation and Performance testing activities. • Work closely with the development teams on delivering high-quality products. • Participate in product releases and identify testing efforts. • Hands-on involvement in product(s) testing in urgent cases. • QA competencies, skills management, and development. • Identify skills gaps and plan for training and education sessions. • Organize new members' onboarding. • Test risk management.

Job Requirements

  • 1+ year of professional experience in software QA.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Test techniques, QA methodologies, tools and processes knowledge and practical implementation
  • Hands-on experience with Test Management Tools
  • Knowledge of SDLC and bug/story life-cycle
  • Upper-intermediate English writing and speaking skills
  • Practical experience with Jenkins or other CI build systems (build, deploy, run tests)
  • Experience with version control systems (GIT)
  • Basic experience with some programming language
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS
  • ISTQB certification or similar
