Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Chemical/Process, or related engineering discipline
- 8–10+ years in project engineering, plant design, or EPC environments
- Experience preparing technical scopes, estimates, and proposals
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary engineering projects
- Background in mineral processing, materials handling, or heavy industrial plants
- Comfortable in customer-facing technical roles
