Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting solutions using Tableau • Develop KPI frameworks for recurring revenue and FinTech financial performance metrics • Create scalable semantic layers and curated datasets for Finance and business stakeholders • Improve dashboard performance, usability, and adoption across the organization • Translate business requirements into technical BI solutions that deliver data-driven insights • Build and maintain robust data models within data warehouses such as Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, or Google BigQuery • Integrate high-volume datasets from ERP, CRM, billing, and other key operational systems • Own BI reporting for SaaS-style KPIs including ARR, MRR, NRR, churn, LTV/CAC, Rule of 40, gross margin, and EBITDA • Build automated reporting layers for board-ready and investor-ready financial dashboards

Job Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics roles
  • Advanced SQL expertise with experience modeling large-scale financial and operational datasets
  • Deep experience building dashboards and semantic layers in Tableau
  • Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses
  • Proven ability to combine and reconcile data across multiple enterprise systems
