Interior Designer
Bold Business
• Develop, visualize, and present creative commercial workspace solutions using CET Designer and AutoCAD, aligned with client needs and project goals. • Produce accurate drawings, specifications, renderings, and presentations to support sales and marketing efforts. • Curate and present furniture selections, finishes, and material palettes, ensuring aesthetic cohesion and functional performance. • Review architectural and construction documents; conduct code and site analyses to inform design solutions. • Perform field verifications, furniture inventories, and site measurements to ensure design accuracy. • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and project teams, incorporating feedback and meeting aggressive deadlines. • Conduct thorough quality checks on all deliverables prior to client or internal distribution. • Prepare final documentation for order entry, installation, and as-built drawings as required. • Provide detailed technical drawings and coordination information to external partners (A&D firms, contractors, IT, electrical). • Stay current through training, industry events, and internal initiatives related to tools, trends, and best practices. • Maintain strong knowledge of product lines, ADA requirements, LEED/WELL standards, ergonomics, and workplace technology integration.
Job Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for a U.S.-based, client-facing environment.
- Advanced proficiency in CET Designer; working knowledge of AutoCAD, Project Spec, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in commercial furniture, workplace design, or a related industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple fast-turn projects with exceptional attention to detail.
- Fast learner with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Working knowledge of ADA, ergonomics, LEED, WELL, and commercial interior technology integration.
- Strong understanding of commercial furniture products, applications, and technical specifications.
- Collaborative team player who values feedback, ownership, and continuous growth.
- Reliable home office setup with a personal PC/laptop and minimum 50 Mbps internet speed (download and upload).

Schematic Design – Visualization Specialist

**Your responsibilities will include:** **1. Functional Safety Process Support (ISO 26262)** Support the execution of functional safety lifecycle activities under supervision. ** Contribute to the creation and maintenance of key documentation such as the Safety Plan, Safety Case, and audit reports. **2. Technical and Risk Analysis** Support the performance of Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment (HARA) to identify safety functions and assign ASIL levels. ** Assist in the creation and update of FMEAs and Fault Tree Analyses (FTA). **3. Requirements Management and Traceability** Draft, organize, and maintain technical and safety requirements. ** Ensure traceability between requirements, design elements, test cases, and verification activities. **4. Integration and Validation Support** Collaborate with validation teams to ensure that test activities cover safety objectives. ** Review test results (HIL and vehicle testing) from a functional safety perspective. **5. Technical Problem Solving** Act as a support member of the first-response team for incident analysis. ** Apply root cause analysis methodologies to reported safety, quality, or warranty issues. **6. Technical Coordination and Communication** Serve as a supporting interface between engineering teams (Systems, Software, Hardware, Validation) on functional safety topics. ** Participate in technical reviews and “Voice of the Customer” sessions. **7. Benchmarking and Continuous Improvement** Perform benchmarking analysis of competitor safety systems and functions. ** Document and support the implementation of lessons learned.
