Role Description RYZ Labs is looking for an experienced Agentic Engineer to join one of our clients’ teams. As an Agentic Engineer, you are a product-minded, customer-focused, full-stack engineer who builds and ships features using AI coding agents as everyday development tools. Working under general supervision with moderate autonomy, you independently deliver well-scoped features from implementation through production — using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot to write better code, faster. You will work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment that crosses multiple technology domains, business teams, and offices. - Develop and deliver features and services for our travel platform on a full-stack product development team - Strong proficiency with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) in daily development workflows to accelerate delivery and improve code quality - Review and validate AI-generated code for correctness, security, and performance before merging - Contribute to refactoring and modernizing existing services and architectures using cloud-native design patterns - Write clean, testable, peer-reviewed, and well-optimized code — whether authored manually or collaboratively with AI agents - Contribute to improving development and operations of an increasingly distributed architecture - Advocate for quality, durability, and technical debt reduction by working with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Product Designers and other key partners - Safeguard the privacy, security, and trust of our members' sensitive data throughout our implementations, in partnership with our Risk and Security teams - Contribute to meeting backend and system SLOs as part of the broader engineering team Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience - 3–5 years of full-stack development experience building web applications and services - 1+ year of hands-on experience using AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) in professional development workflows - Solid experience building modern web applications, RESTful API design, and microservices architecture and patterns - Proficiency in two or more of the following: TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, C#/.NET - Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular - Experience building and deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Requirements - Proficiency using AI coding agents to accelerate development, generate and refine code, and assist with debugging and testing - Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques for code generation and development workflows - Awareness of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and how it enables AI agents to interact with external tools and data sources - Working knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, and graph-based data technologies (GraphRAG, GraphDB) - Hands-on experience building applications in cloud and hybrid environments - Experience with modern project management and collaboration tools (Jira, ADO, GitHub Projects, or similar) - Agile software delivery experience (iterative planning and delivery) - Excellent communication skills, strong working relationships, and a high degree of team collaboration - Strong curiosity about emerging AI development tools and a desire to stay current with the evolving agentic coding landscape Benefits - Working with autonomy and efficiency, owning every step of your development - Opportunities for learning, growth, expansion, and challenging projects - Deepening experience while sharing and learning from a team of great professionals and specialists Company Description RYZ Labs is a startup studio founded in 2021 by two lifelong entrepreneurs. • Develop high-quality software products in the field of hyperautomation and workflow management • Work independently on complex full-stack projects • Analyze SRS documents (Software Requirements Specifications) • Design data models (ER diagrams) and define API interfaces (RESTful, OpenAPI) • Implement using backend technologies (Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL) and frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, TypeScript) • Develop test strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) and ensure code quality through reviews • Deploy applications on self-hosted servers and set up CI/CD pipelines
