Senior Analyst, Programmatic & Retail Media

Lunar Solar Group

• Support the execution and optimization of programmatic and retail media campaigns, including setup, trafficking, monitoring, and reporting across DSPs and retail media platforms. • Apply advanced targeting and bid optimization techniques to improve campaign performance. • Upload, QA, and manage creative assets, insertion orders, and dynamic creative implementation for timely launches. • Monitor campaigns daily, troubleshoot platform issues, and make data-driven adjustments to meet client KPIs. • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reporting and insights to support internal teams in client communications. • Ensure brand safety, viewability, and ad verification compliance across all channels. • Collaborate with internal teams to surface insights and optimization opportunities based on campaign performance. • Leverage AI tools and emerging platform features to improve campaign efficiency and outcomes. • Contribute to internal documentation, workflow improvements, and campaign execution best practices. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and programmatic best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in programmatic media, including hands-on DSP management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of programmatic metrics, audience segmentation, optimization strategies, and attribution modeling. Experience with DMPs and ad verification tools preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret performance data, conduct A/B tests, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to execute and optimize campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting technical strategies and results to clients.
  • Creative Understanding: Ability to advise on creative assets and their impact on programmatic performance.
  • Team Collaboration: A collaborative mindset, engaging cross-functional teams to share findings and drive performance improvements.
