Key Objectives - Manage and respond to incoming emails or chats promptly and professionally. - Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries to enhance client satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal teams to address complex requests and escalate issues when necessary. - Maintain organized records of email or chat communications and follow-up actions. Responsibilities - Monitor and respond to a high volume of emails or chats daily, ensuring timely and effective communication. - Understand and interpret client inquiries to provide clear and concise responses. - Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary information for accurate replies. - Maintain a professional tone and adhere to company guidelines in all correspondence. - Identify trends or recurring issues in email communications and suggest improvements. - Document and track all interactions in the company’s CRM or email management system. - Assist with drafting and updating email/chat templates to improve response efficiency. Requirements - Proven experience in email/chat support, customer service, or related roles. - Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain composure under pressure. - Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - Familiarity with CRM software and email management tools is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues. - Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
