Job Title: Remote Order Entry Specialist About the Role Invicta Software is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Order Entry Specialist to join our team. In this vital role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, contributing directly to our operational success and customer satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while collaborating closely with various departments to maintain seamless order flow and support our growing client base. Key Objectives - Accurately enter and process customer orders in a timely manner. - Maintain data integrity and ensure order information is complete and error-free. - Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies and confirm order details. - Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance order processing efficiency. Responsibilities - Receive and review customer orders submitted via phone, email, or online platforms. - Enter order details into the company’s order management system with precision. - Verify product availability, pricing, and customer information before finalizing orders. - Communicate promptly with internal teams and customers to clarify order details or resolve issues. - Maintain accurate records of orders and update status as needed. - Assist with inventory tracking and reporting when necessary. - Adhere to company policies and compliance standards related to order processing. - Contribute to process improvements by identifying bottlenecks or errors in the order entry workflow. Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred. - Proven experience in order entry, data entry, or a related administrative role. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency with order management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic data entry tools. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment. - Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work. - Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
