Senior Digital Marketing Manager

• Develop global campaigns, drive content and ad strategy in support of campaigns, manage segmentation, and ensure integrated approach with broader demand generation initiatives. • Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive paid media campaigns across ad platforms to drive lead generation. • Pioneer testing and advertising strategies on emerging AI-driven search platforms to ensure brand visibility in the next evolution of search. • Leverage intent data (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, Bombora) to design highly targeted account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns. • Manage significant monthly ad spends, ensuring budget pacing and rigorous optimization toward Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) targets. • Monitor campaign performance daily; develop and share meaningful insights with executive team, campaign managers and broader marketing team.

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing with a primary focus on paid media buying.
  • Proven track record of managing monthly ad budgets exceeding $50k+ (or relevant scale).
  • Experience implementing successful B2B or B2C acquisition campaigns.
  • Preferred experience managing external agencies.
  • Deep technical expertise in Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets to make rapid budget allocation decisions.
  • Familiarity with the mechanics of Large Language Models (LLMs) and how they impact search behaviors and ad inventory.
  • Understanding organic search principles and how they correlate with paid strategies (Preferred).
