Role Description As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you’ll be primarily responsible for executing and managing performance campaigns across key platforms — with a strong focus on delivery, client support, and tactical excellence. This is not a strategic development role; rather, it’s focused on account management, execution, and producing reliable results. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to support clients’ paid and organic performance marketing initiatives. What You Will Do - Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to meet performance objectives. - Run and maintain Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising efforts aligned to client KPIs. - Support organic search/SEO initiatives to drive visibility and qualified traffic. - Serve as the primary client point of contact for campaign execution issues. - Communicate clearly with clients on status and results reporting, ensuring expectations are aligned. - Generate clear, accurate performance reports and insights for clients. - Troubleshoot performance issues and execute with a high degree of accuracy. Qualifications - 3 – 5 years of digital marketing agency experience with direct exposure to performance channels. - Solid understanding of agency performance metrics, reporting, and client management. - Proactive self‑starter with strong work ethic and ability to work independently. - Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to learn “on the job.” - Above‑average cognitive ability (Wonderlic testing as part of the process). - Excellent communication skills and client service mindset.
